Campsite overview
Briarfields is a family owned site situated two and a half miles from Cheltenham Town Centre. We have a touring park that can accommodate up to 72 caravans/ motorhomes. We also have a separate tent area.
An attractive separate unspoilt area in the centre is set aside for tents and our large pitches can accommodate large modern tents. Parking is also available beside your tent during dry weather. Our tent field is adjacent to our heated toilet and shower block facility which offers free showers. All tents can access our free WiFi too!
Our caravan/motorhome pitches include free WiFi and are mostly level hard-standing with electric hook-up alongside well maintained lawns, mature trees and shrubs that give all round interest. Our pitches are a good size and some can take motorhomes up to 40 feet long.
We are open all year and extend a warm welcome to all who visit us.

CHELTENHAM SHOPPING - Cheltenham has for a long time been a town renowned for its exclusive shopping, from charming boutiques to shopping centres with many leading retailers.
CHELTENHAM RACECOURSE - located at Prestbury Park, Cheltenham is just 4 miles away and is home of the National Hunt Racing. Cheltenham Gold Cup - the atmosphere is electric and the buzz of excitement can be felt miles away!
CHELTENHAM ART GALLERY AND MUSEUM - possess an internationally significant collection relating to the Arts and Crafts Movement. Particularly strong in furniture, the collection also includes silver, textiles, ceramics and paintings, much of which was made by Cotswold craftsmen inspired by William Morris.

FOREST OF DEAN
DEAN FOREST RAILWAY - Spend an atmospheric day on the GWR branch line, steaming through the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean.
ROYAL FOREST OF DEAN - One of England's few remaining ancient forests covering over 27,000 acres of woodland. Designated a National Forest Park in 1938, it is bordered by the River Severn and the River Wye, giving rise to its stunning landscapes and spectacular scenery.
CLEARWELL CAVES - You'll be entering some of Britain's oldest underground mine workings, dating back to over 4,500 years. With nine impressive caverns to explore, the caves are both educational and fun for the whole family.

Travel to our campsite using public transport
We have an excellent bus service that runs every 10 minutes during the day (and regularly until late evening) to Cheltenham and Gloucester from outside our Park.
