Ready, steady, slow!  Snail racing is a fun and undeniably exciting event for young and old alike.  For more than 25 years, garden snails have valiantly been participating in the annual World Snail Racing Championships held at Congham, near King's Lynn, in Norfolk.
 
This year’s championships will take place on Saturday 16th July on the cricket field at Congham.
