We realise that there are thousands of volunteers for the Olympics and Paralympics, and that many of you will be needing somewhere to stay which won't break the bank. We think we have a great solution for you offering camping spots for £10 per night with good transport links to where you need to be.

*For volunteers all usual admin and refund fees are waived to offer maximum flexibility. All changes are usually subject to an admin fee of £10 and subject to our refund terms and conditions. All bookings must always be over 7 days to qualify.

We have been talking with Volunteers and finding out what their requirements are, and have come up with a flexible booking system for Gamesmakers specially designed to ensure that you can book now and change later if you need to as we know many of you do not know your shift patterns or precise dates yet.

Who is eligible for Flexi-camp?

Anyone who is a Gamesmaker for the 2012 Olympics and / or Paralympics

How do you book?

1) Find the campsite (only for the Olympics or Paralympics) of your choice.
2) Go through the normal booking process  and in the "Booking Requirements" section make sure you choose "yes" for the "Flexi-camp" option.
3) Just before the end of the booking, before payment, there is a section for notes. In there state "flexi-camp", your role, your team and your venue.
