What is the Campsite Management Area?
The bulk of Campingninja.com is built for campsite owners. For the first time campsite owners have proper control over what they sell and to whom.
Each campsite has their own management area. All the elements on the left hand side are editable through your campsite owner log in.
Can I alter my seasons or add new ones?
Absolutely. In this example you can see the seasons inputed during the sign up process. These can then be altered, added to, deleted or a new season added entirely. Up to you.
Can I change pictures?
Very easily. If you have just had a great sunny weekend then why not update your page with fresh pictures. Why not get your campers to e-mail you some of theirs and add them onto your page. As you can see below it is very simple to do.
I have a different price structure to other sites. Can I add extras throughout the year?
You can add as many extras as you want to and sell them to your campers. In this example we are in the processing of adding 'BBQ rental' to our extras section. You can add, edit or remove at your leisure for different seasons.
How do I change the messages and alerts the campers see and must agree to?
In the Campsite Management Area simply click 'Messages for campers'.
In this example I have a warning about no dogs on site already visible and I am about to add a new alert for the camper. These must be agreed to before a booking takes place. They are repeated on the confirmation e-mail as well.
Can I add events or change descriptions?
Yes. We want you to be able to promote what is going on in your area so as to attract more campers. The descriptions campers view are editable by the campsite at any time. Meaning you can add upcoming events or activities you may have planned.
