a. make a booking using our website www.campingninja.com (which is referred to as “the website” in this policy);

c. submit enquiries to us or contact us;
d. enter any promotions, competitions or prize draws via the website or a competition form filled in via a social network or newsletter;
e. contribute reviews or any other information to the website; and/or
f. take part in market research.
2. We also collect information indirectly from you when you use the website, including but not limited to when you visit or browse the Camping Ninja website.

ii. your use of the website including but not limited to your searching, browsing and booking history;

iv. any special requirements (including medical and dietary needs) relating to your booking.

We may use and analyse information about you and members of your party in order to:
i. provide you with access to parts of this site;
ii. process your booking (including, without limitation, disclosing the information to the relevant accommodation/facility providers – please see further in Section 5 below);
iii. contact you if necessary;
iv. arrange for payment;
v. inform you of any service related message;
vi. assist us with crime and fraud prevention such as to check your identity;
vii. assist you with any enquiries, including the investigation and resolution of service affecting issues and dealing with any payment queries you may have;

vii. where there is a change (or prospective change) in the ownership of Camping Ninja Limited to new or prospective owners of Camping Ninja Limited. In these circumstances we would require them to keep it confidential;
viii. where required by law, regulation or legal proceedings;
ix. where we believe it is necessary to protect Camping Ninja or third party rights and property;
x. where you give us false or inaccurate information and we identify or suspect fraud;
